CABOT’S PUEBLO MUSEUM
Cabot’s Pueblo Museum is a historical house museum consisting of a large, Hopi-style pueblo home. The house is a stunning example of the Pueblo revival style.

The Henderson trail is a nice half day hike and well-marked.
THE STREET FAIR AT COLLEGE OF THE DESERT
The vendors sell everything from clothing, golfing products, shoes, art, hats sculptures etc.

PALM DESERT CROSS HIKING TRAIL
The Cross at the top of the hill is unbelievable. It is 30 feet high by 16 feet wide.
ART SMITH TRAIL
Great hike!
SAN ANDREAS FAULT
Where you see the huge California fan palms growing naturally, is where you will find the fault.
DESERT HOLOCAUST MEMORIAL
This Desert Holocaust Memorial in Palm Desert is truly remarkable and is the most touching visit.
CIVIC CENTER PARK
We stopped by to get a walk in before dinner. Beautiful roses, cute ducks, nice walking path and ponds.
PALM DESERT AQUATIC CENTER
They leave quite a few lanes open for laps, also have a slide and diving boards that we did not use.
FAYE SARKOWSKY SCULPTURE GARDEN
One of three locations of the Palm Springs Art Museum this charming sculpture garden is on Hwy 111 in Palm Desert.
RANDALL HENDERSON LOOP TRAIL
Please use restrooms before you arrive. Bring water and appropriate clothing.
CODA GALLERY
CODA is always our destination art gallery in Palm Desert-El Paseo. There works of art are very different.
HEATHER JAMES FINE ART
Chip Tom, the gallery curator, and his staff do an amazing job of procuring exquisite art.
La Quinta Brewing Co.
Excellent flight of 8 5 ounce beers at a good cost. Good place to meet with friends and watch sports.
HISTORICAL SOCIETY MUSEUM
This was such a pleasant, low-key stop and the docent/guide was an unofficial local history expert.
THE GARDENS ON EL PASEO
The Shops on El Paseo are stand-alone businesses on either side of the busy-ness for which El Paseo Avenue is know.
PALM DESERT TENNIS CAMP
This is a great program and you do not need to stay at the country club to participate.
WESTFIELD PALM DESERT – SHOPPING MALL
There were two floors and lots to offer like: Sports, Eyelashes, a barber, Clothes, World Gym, Repairs on watches.
PALM DESERT LIBRARY
Fairly extensive children’s section full of familiar and newer titles. Very good variety of activities offered.
SACRED HEART CHURCH
It is welcoming to visitors with coffee and donuts after masses, a variety of mass times, and a large parking lot.
